Fighting For Freedom From Liberal Tyranny
Representative Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill) has made it very clear in her recent statements that she is more concerned with partisan politics than keeping this country safe. She wants to go after DIck Chaney for his role in developing America's anti-terror policies. The Democrats have decided that we were wrong in capturing and holding terrorist. Now they feel we should not of had special teams developed to take out top Al Qaeda leaders. Their reason for going after Cheney is that he did not inform Congress of the development of these special teams and that is a violation of the National Security Act. The sooner the Democrats realize we are dealing with terrorists who want to kill and harm innocent people and stop acting like they are just misunderstood individuals, then maybe they can be apart of top national security issues. Until that happens Schakowsky should shut up and stop making our troops and American's security part of her partisan playbook

Sarah Palin steps down as Governor sticking to her word to not become a lame duck Governor and waste the Alaskan taxpayer's dollars. Though Republicans and Democrats alike are attacking her right now we support her for standing up for what she believes in and looking out for the best interests of her state. She did not abandon the position, she stepped aside so that the Lt. Governor could show Alaska they were ready to take over. She is a patriot and we support her 100%.

The Star Spangled Truth
Don't place lamps or TV sets near your air-conditioning thermostat. The thermostat senses heat from these appliances, which can cause the air conditioner to run longer than necessary.  As well, Consider using an interior fan in conjunction with your window air conditioner to spread the cooled air more effectively through your home without greatly increasing your power use. Make sure to set your thermostat at a colder setting than normal when you turn on your air conditioner. It will not cool your home any faster and could result in excessive cooling and, therefore, unnecessary expense.
